Who am I? It's ok not to know the answer to this question right now. I know I didn't before starting my journey. The very idea of answering the question and the overwhelming feeling of not knowing how to answer the question freaked me to my core.

However, over the past 6 years I've been trying to navigate my way through answering the question who am I, while adding an equally important question to the table - Who do I want to be?

A Year’s Journey to Becoming You is a 1-on-1 lead program dedicated to the practice of meeting yourself where you are and uncovering what it means to know who you are and who you want to become.

The goal of this program is to gain an awareness of your body's sensations, emotions, beliefs, thoughts, and values so that you feel anchored in who you are. While also learning what makes you tick and come alive so that you can in turn align what makes you uniquely you into a life that sparks joy and is fulfilling.

This program is an invitation to those who have felt the pull to dive deep. For individuals who have started their journey are now looking for someone to help them go even deeper, offer other perspectives and accompany them on their voyage like a guide. If this speaks to you or you're feeling an internal nudge towards connecting with yourself in ways you know are possible but aren't sure where to start let's connect, and see if this is your next move.

What
we'll explore
together

What makes up your identity?

Behind all of the labels, titles, and roles in your life, how do you define who you are and what you stand for?

Defining what’s important to you

We've all heard the word values, but what does that mean, and how do you uncover yours and implement them into your life?

The language in which we express our world

Words can be so powerful. Especially when it comes to our emotions and what is meaningful to us. Without defining the words that give us meaning, how can we connect to them?

How you’re currently showing up for yourself

Are you showing up as your full authentic self? Taking accountability for your choices, actions or inactions? Life is only what we make of it or the limits we've set for ourselves.

Identifying your inner voice

We all have that little voice in our heads that loves to share opinions. The big question is, is that voice supporting you, or keeping you down?

Embracing your wholeness

If you could meet all of you, what would you see that may have been hiding in the shadows? What pieces of you have you been hiding that the world is dying to see?

Becoming unapologetic in your growth

What would it mean to let go of other people's opinions or the power their opinion holds over you?

Building trust with yourself

"As soon as you trust yourself, you learn how to live." - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe.

Learning to trust your gut!

The art of prioritizing yourself

When flying on an airplane, the flight attendant instructs you to put your oxygen mask on first before helping others. If you run out of oxygen, you can't help anyone else with theirs.

Boundaries, boundaries, boundaries!

Setting boundaries is essential to living a happy and healthy life, yet many of us have never been shown what boundaries are and how to set healthy ones.

Self-compassion and grace

For every peak, there’s been a valley. For every leap forward, there’s been a stumble backward—sometimes just an inch, and other times, what seemed like miles. It's important to be soft with ourselves when healing.

Who am I? Can we answer it now?

With a year together, exploring the depths of your soul and the unique recipe that makes up you, can you now begin to answer the question Who am I?

Amazing person and coach. Helped me build my confidence and self-value back up to the point that I was able to make a huge career and life change choice I had felt stuck on for 2 years. My year spent with Lo was an eye opening, life changing experience and I am so grateful. I am certain if I had not reached out to Lo I would be stuck in the same spot I was a year ago. Thank you Lo.

The Invitation is Yours if You're ready

Susan David says it best " Tough emotions are part of our contract for life. You don't get a meaningful career or raise a family or leave the world a better place without stress and discomfort. Discomfort is the price of admission to a meaningful life."  What do you choose for you, are you ready to make the best investment of your life?

Claim your place, and make the next 12 months be the catalyst for the life of your dreams!
